Hungarian Culture Mission Statement
The aim of Hungarian Culture is to provide exposure to the host country’s culture as well as to aid in the utilization of Hungary’s diverse resources to enhance the educational experiences of our students. It is our firm belief that experiencing and appreciating other cultures facilitates a heightened awareness of one’s own, as well as respect for the culture of others. The school’s Mission states that AISB prepares its students to be responsible global citizens. It is among its Value’s that at AISB we encourage “open-mindedness, tolerance and cross-cultural understanding,” and that “we respect our host country’s culture, traditions and environment.” The Hungarian Culture program is of primary importance, and an effective tool, in attaining these goals.
